Please place your order directly with ABC by internet, mail, fax or by toll-free phone.
You can also download our catalogue and fax or mail the completed order form.

To Pay by Credit Card
Please supply cardholder name, card number, expiry date, address and your daytime phone number.
To Pay by Check or Bank Draft
We accept personal checks and bank drafts in both Canadian and American dollars.
Please add shipping charges to the price of the book(s) and mail your check to the appropriate address below.
Canadian customers please add the GST to the total cost of books and freight.
Shipping & Shipping Charges
Canada : Add $10.00 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book.
U.S.A. : Add $15.00 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book.
International : Add $25.00 for the first book and $10.00 for each additional book.
Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped by Canada Post.
For overseas orders, please allow six weeks for delivery.
Customs regulations require that all international shipments display recipient phone numbers.
We cannot ship without your phone number.
Orders received electronically will be confirmed within 48 hours.
